Executive Director, AI Transformation, Office of the CAIO

Role: Executive Director, AI Transformation within Labcorp's Office of the CAIO, leading enterprise AI strategy and organizational change. Responsibilities: oversee AI-native transformation initiatives, partner with business and technology leaders to redesign workflows, establish standards for AI governance and safety, develop investment and value realization plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible AI practices. Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive adoption of AI capabilities across multiple business domains. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 15+ years in technology, digital, AI, or enterprise strategy, with 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs and operational experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences. Deep AI expertise across modern architectures, familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, and experience with regulated environments. Preferred: MBA or advanced technical degree; extensive experience in healthcare or regulated industries; proven ability to partner with senior executives and lead AI adoption initiatives.
