Position Summary
The Executive Associate, Drug Development Strategy provides administrative and operational support to the VP, Drug Development Strategy and some support to the ED, Portfolio Implementation & Reporting. Proactively manages competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex calendars; anticipate conflicts and optimize time; make real-time scheduling decisions.
- Coordinate domestic/international travel; manage expense reporting.
- Plan and execute meetings (logistics, scheduling, materials); develop agendas, pre-reads, and supporting materials.
- Track follow-ups and drive execution where appropriate.
- Support Workday, IT requests, and expense/budget inquiries; maintain proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Anticipate needs/issues early; take independent action or escalate with context and solutions.
- Partner across a matrixed organization; communicate clearly with concise updates/recommendations.
- Contribute to a collaborative admin/team environment; remain flexible to broader team needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college coursework/degree preferred.
- 3+ years administrative experience required; corporate experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organization, independent initiative, sound judgment under time pressure.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; high discretion handling confidential information.
Compensation & Benefits (explicitly stated)
- $74,630β$90,434 (full-time).
