Position Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to one or more business partners within Product Research & Development (PRD) at Lilly.

Responsibilities
- Work independently with strong written and verbal communication; deliver consistent results across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate maturity, integrity, discretion, and ability to safeguard confidential information; remain flexible and responsive in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling with internal/external contacts.
- Plan and execute large, complex meetings (logistics, travel, rooms, A/V, materials, catering).
- Arrange complex domestic/international, multi-city travel and manage passports/visas.
- Process multi-currency expense reports and reconcile accounts accurately and on time.
- Serve as key point of contact to minimize disruptions; communicate professionally with employees and external parties.
- Adapt to evolving guidance/policies/tools; coach others on self-service administrative tasks.
- Attend business meetings as needed to understand priorities and anticipate needs.
- Create/maintain documents, distribution lists, spreadsheets, databases, and SharePoint sites using Microsoft 365.
- Pilot innovative techniques (including AI tools, automation, and emerging digital solutions) to streamline workflows.
- Backup other executive assistants; act as team lead for administrative assistants in PRD; handle special projects.

Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years in a professional/administrative support or coordinator role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Track record supporting senior leaders, leading projects, and completing actions.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Availability outside standard hours (evenings/weekends/holidays) as needed.

Additional Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on AI tool curiosity/experience (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude).
- Experience with Concur Travel and Expense Reporting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and listening skills; excellent English communication.
- Ability to embrace change; self-managed prioritization.

- Daily onsite presence at LTC-N campus in Indianapolis, IN.
- Travel: 0–10%
