What youโll do
Executive Support (โ50%)
- Manage the Chief Commercial Officerโs complex calendar (internal/external meetings, investor interactions, travel).
- Coordinate domestic/international travel (itineraries, logistics, expense reporting).
- Prepare meeting materials/briefing documents for leadership, Board, and external engagements.
- Coordinate Commercial Leadership Team meeting logistics (agendas, action-item tracking, follow-up).
- Manage confidential communications; prioritize competing requests and recommend scheduling solutions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders interacting with the CCO.
- Support Commercial leadership with team meetings/off-sites/town halls and organizational communications.
- Assist with onboarding new Commercial team members.
Commercial Operations (โ50%)
- Partner with the CCO to drive Commercial priorities and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support annual planning, leadership off-sites, budget planning, and operating rhythms.
- Manage cross-functional project plans/timelines/deliverables and follow-up.
- Track action items; develop/maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contracts, and invoice tracking with Finance/Legal/Procurement.
- Support Commercial budget management; streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Plan/logistics for major Commercial events and internal meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent; 7+ years supporting senior executives (C-level preferred).
- Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals/healthcare (highly regulated).
- Proven project/business operations coordination alongside executive support.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and discretion/confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) and Teams/SharePoint.
- Experience supporting Commercial/Medical Affairs/Corporate leadership; budget tracking/vendor or project management.
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement/project management systems.
- Experience supporting organizations preparing for commercial launch (highly desirable).
