Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative and operational support to the Global Head, E4A Specialty Care, and other GMAx/E4A leadership team members as needed.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations: complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and distribution lists.
- Manage multiple competing priorities; organize in-person/virtual events and handle meeting planning/logistics.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel; troubleshoot travel conflicts and create detailed itineraries.
- Process expenses accurately in line with internal policies (Concur or equivalent).
- Build working familiarity with E4A/GMAx terminology and deliverables (HTA, value dossiers, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, outcomes research).
- Coordinate logistics for key E4A milestone meetings and leadership communications.
- Support distribution of E4A communications (team updates, scientific congress calendars, evidence trackers).
- Coordinate engagements with external bodies, stakeholders, research partners, and CROs as directed.
- Maintain and organize E4A Specialty Care SharePoint repositories.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the Global Head and internal/external stakeholders; track due dates and action items.
- Use Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Teams and other platforms; support senior leadership documents and presentations.
- Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency; independently manage special projects.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years relevant experience OR Bachelorβs (BA/BS) with 5β7 years supporting senior executives in corporate/life sciences.
- Experience supporting C-suite/global function heads (pharma/biotech/healthcare preferred).
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Travel management/expense reporting experience (e.g., Concur).
- Sound judgment; proactive issue identification/solutioning.
- Ability to handle confidential information; work efficiently across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a global pharmaceutical/life sciences function.
- Familiarity with health economics, outcomes research, market access, or HTA.
- Experience coordinating scientific/medical congresses, advisory boards, payer engagement events.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
Hybrid Work
- Based in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ with regular on-site presence aligned to the Global Headβs schedule and key events.
