Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative and operational support to the Global Head, E4A Specialty Care, and as needed other GMAx/E4A leadership.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations: complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and ownership of Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and distribution lists.
- Coordinate in-person/virtual events and domestic/international travel; troubleshoot travel conflicts and build detailed itineraries.
- Process expenses accurately in Concur (or equivalent).
- Build working familiarity with E4A/GMAx terminology and workflows (HTA, value dossiers, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, outcomes research).
- Coordinate logistics for key E4A milestone meetings; support leadership communications and evidence dissemination trackers.
- Support external engagements with stakeholders, research partners, and CROs; maintain and govern E4A Specialty Care SharePoint repositories.
- Serve as liaison between leadership and stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional operations and track non-routine action items.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote), SharePoint/Teams; leverage AI productivity tools; manage special projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED + 10+ years relevant experience OR BA/BS + 5β7 years supporting senior executives in corporate/life sciences.
- Prior C-suite/global function executive support (pharma/biotech/healthcare preferred).
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and digital collaboration platforms.
- Experience with travel management (e.g., Concur) and expense reporting.
- Discretion with confidential/sensitive information; strong judgment and problem-solving; ability to work across time zones.
Preferred
- Global function experience in pharma/life sciences; health economics/outcomes research/market access/HTA knowledge; experience coordinating congresses, advisory boards, or payer events; project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
