Role Summary

Executive Assistant supporting Global Market Access in Cambridge, MA. Provides high level administrative and strategic support, developing a complete understanding of department functions and areas of responsibility, with a strong commitment to handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Executive administrative and operations support to the Head of Global Market Access, including calendar and meeting management, MS Teams ownership, SharePoint sites, and distribution lists.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; organize events (in person and virtual), plan meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, and generate detailed itineraries; coordinate office support needs in satellite locations.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction; handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Process expenses timely per internal policies and systems.
  • Prepare information for presentations using MS Office and other corporate tools, including correspondence, reports, analyses, presentations, and manuscripts.
  • Provide positive, proactive support; manage requests and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interface with corporate functions to facilitate cross-GBU information sharing and processes.
  • Initiate and manage special/administrative projects; drive operational effectiveness with Global Market Access Leadership Team.
  • Capture non-routine needs in real time and track due dates for on-time completion.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED with 10 years’ experience OR BA/BS with 5–7 years’ experience; prior experience supporting executives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio; strong judgment and priority-setting abilities.
  • Proactive issue identification and resolution; discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
