Position Overview
Executive Assistant providing strategic and comprehensive support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). Reporting to the CCO in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage CCO and CPO calendars, meetings, and schedules; resolve conflicts and prioritize to ensure effective time management.
- Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to track priorities, decisions, action items, coordinate follow-through, and help drive critical initiatives.
- Research, coordinate, and secure domestic and international travel; manage receipts for reimbursement.
- Serve on the Administrative team by contributing to meetings (agenda topics, discussion, peer coverage).
- Use sound decision-making to maximize executive time, anticipate needs, and allow time for meeting prep/debrief.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and team expansion (Boston-based and field/remote employees).
- Act as a trusted advisor with tact, diplomacy, judgment, and discretion; handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Execute end-to-end logistics for onsite and offsite meetings.
- Coordinate execution, tracking, and electronic filing of confidentiality agreements to meet compliance requirements.
- Assist with special projects, research, and recordkeeping.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executives (ideally C-suite); Commercial and/or HR experience preferred.
- Ability to independently perform administrative duties with speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; strong execution.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work across roles/teams in a dynamic, demanding, fast-paced environment; flexible and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High commitment; minimal after-hours availability.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
