Role Summary

Executive Assistant to support the dynamic and expanding commercial organization, including the SVP of Commercial and key members of the commercial leadership team. This role enables effective time management, streamlined communication, and seamless execution of strategic and operational priorities, with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Commercial Leadership Team (6 leaders). Handle expense reporting and invoice processing. Prepare and edit presentations and reports.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, slide development, materials distribution, and minute-taking. Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, conferences, and offsites.
  • Communication & Liaison: Ensure timely and accurate communication between leadership and commercial teams. Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to maintain smooth office operations. Support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Project & Operational Support: Support special projects as assigned, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting commercial functions in pre-commercial companies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
