Job Summary:
- The Executive Assistant provides a wide range of administrative and executive support.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):
- Support other administrative professionals.
- Perform copying as assigned.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Prepare FedEx shipments.
- Order supplies.
- Process membership renewals; order journal articles.
- Assist in presentation preparation.
- Welcome and introduce new hires to the team.
- Process invoices.
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, process meeting registrations, and prepare expense reports.
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls promptly; prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external executives and assistants.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech company is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to interact with team members at all levels; perform under pressure with adaptability, proactivity, resourcefulness, efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Highly organized and adaptable; enjoys administrative support in a dynamic environment.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements for team members or management.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Experience supporting PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail; executive-level support experience preferred but not required.
