      Role Summary
 Executive Assistant reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. Provides general administrative support to leadership, manages calendars, coordinates travel, prepares expense reports, and supports contracts and communications in a fast-paced environment.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Manage calendars and organize meetings
 
 - Arrange travel plans and coordinate offsite meetings and events
 
 - Prepare and submit expense reports for executives
 
 - Coordinate vendor/consultant contract processes, routing documents for signatures, tracking, verifying accuracy, and storing documents
 
 - Develop and organize materials for meetings and conferences (slide decks, presentations, meeting materials)
 
 - Coordinate and execute special projects and initiatives as directed by senior leaders
 
 - Assist with purchase order processes including submission and approvals
 
 - Educate team members on company policies (e.g., meal limits, hotel price caps)
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Bachelors degree
 
 - Calendar management, meeting organization, and heavy travel coordination experience
 
 - Proficiency with MS Teams & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign
 
 - Excellent at prioritizing and executing multiple projects/tasks with tight deadlines
 
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strategic, professional, creative, and succinct communication
 
 - Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced startup environment
