Position Summary
The Executive Admin & Receptionist provides administrative services and support to the Raleigh site leadership team and serves as the site visitor/main entrance lobby receptionist.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and file Production documentation
- Coordinate schedules, communication, and activities across the Raleigh site
- Handle errands, logistics, and travel arrangements (including relevant paperwork)
- Maintain office supplies and oversee site housekeeping
- Support and manage POs (Purchase Orders) and invoicing for third-party vendors (SAP), engaging vendors as needed to ensure timely/accurate invoicing
- Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls
- Greet visitors and provide information/assistance
- Register visitors and create/print identification badges
- Update procedures; schedule and document training
- File and manage production documentation
- Sort incoming mail; post outgoing mail and deliver to outgoing mail receptacle
- Receive and log incoming packages/deliveries and notify recipients
- Assist with conference room bookings
- Order supplies (general/special-order, FedEx supplies, and mailing supplies) and business cards upon request
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate’s degree with 2+ years of professional administrative experience required; OR
- High school diploma with 4+ years of professional administrative experience required
- Required skills: MS Office (including Outlook/email)
- Preferred skills: Concur, iCertis, Visio, SharePoint
