Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the enterprise EMD marketing vision and strategic roadmap for epilepsy performance and growth.
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategy across epilepsy indications (adult expansion, lifecycle innovation, capsule formulation launch readiness and execution).
- Own the 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan aligned to franchise and corporate objectives.
- Lead prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions based on ROI, analytics, and enterprise trade-offs.
- Oversee positioning, messaging, and promotional platforms grounded in clinical differentiation and patient outcomes.
- Drive omnichannel marketing execution across HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences with consistent, compliant delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Patient Services to ensure integrated execution.
- Serve as the commercial voice in executive forums (forecasting, supply, portfolio strategy) using data-driven insights.
- Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics to optimize strategy.
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure accountability and delivery against revenue and share targets.
- Ensure strategies and tactics meet regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders (KOLs and advocacy groups).

Leadership & Team Performance:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
- Drive enterprise alignment across brands, functions, and portfolio priorities.
- Inspire innovation, speed, and execution excellence; build capabilities in strategic marketing, omnichannel execution, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience with significant US marketing leadership.
- Strong preference: neurology/epilepsy/specialty or rare disease experience.
- Proven track record leading brand strategy, launches, and lifecycle management (including new formulation launches).
- Strong financial acumen (budget ownership, ROI optimization, trade-off decisions).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and lead through change in complex environments.
