Exec Director, API Synthetic Development

Role: Head of API Process Development, leading strategy, design, and scale-up of pharmaceutical ingredient processes from lab to manufacturing. Responsibilities: oversee process synthesis and development for preclinical and clinical candidates, optimize process formulas, establish equipment specs, and ensure process compatibility with research and manufacturing teams.
