Ex-Vivo Clinical Specialist II (Jacksonville, Florida) (Relocation assistance available)

Role: Ex-Vivo Clinical Specialist II focused on lung transplantation innovation through performing and managing ex-vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) procedures. Responsibilities: execute EVLP, including surgical setup, lung assessment, laboratory testing, and coordination with transplant teams; manage organ logistics, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, UNOS, OPTN, CLIA, CMS), and participate in quality assurance activities; assist in referral management and logistical pre- and post-procedure processes. Requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years as a Procurement Transplant Coordinator (critical care experience required), or 2+ years with a Bachelor's Degree; sterile technique, surgical, and critical care skills; knowledge of lung physiology; proficiency with data analysis and office software. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, advanced organ procurement/transplant experience, CPTC certification.
