Responsibilities:
- Source hotels and handle contract negotiation and execution for trade shows, sales/marketing events, and internal meetings; ensure compliance with internal contract policies.
- Coordinate regional marketing events, trade shows, and speaker events with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, physician offices, venue representatives).
- Negotiate and secure meeting/event arrangements with venues on behalf of the company.
- Support menu and dΓ©cor planning; coordinate and set up regional event venues.
- Lead meeting space management (secure space, set up, and tear down).
- Support execution of the National Sales Meeting (NSM) and Midyear sales meeting (POA).
- Coordinate budget creation and management; provide insights and data.
- Track lead generation and provide proactive insights on prioritized/hot leads; ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support EOY reporting; report KPIs/trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support vendor management and build strong vendor relationships.
- Manage/track attendee registration; ensure event reporting meets compliance standards.
- Manage/track rooming lists.
- Lead transportation management for demo equipment.
- Lead on-site operations, including staff management and logistics.
- Contribute to event creative design, content, production services, and video production.
- Consult with clients on strategic meeting management.
- Understand and adhere to HCP compliance reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; higher degree a plus.
- 2+ years of marketing experience; pharmaceutical/medical/aesthetics experience preferred.

Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong analytics and organizational management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts/results across multiple functional areas.
- Ability to communicate business vision/mission to internal and external audiences.
- Self-starter and motivated team player.
