Event Manager, Advanced Imaging Solutions

Role: Experienced Event Manager overseeing strategic planning and execution of high-profile healthcare events for GE HealthCare's Advanced Imaging Solutions. Responsibilities include managing full event lifecycles from concept to measurement, leading major tradeshows, conferences, customer forums, and executive engagements; coordinating logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships; designing customer experiences showcasing diagnostic and workflow solutions; and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in complex corporate event management within large or matrixed organizations; proficiency with Cvent and Workfront; proven success in managing national/international events across multiple streams; strong communication skills; ability to lead onsite teams and manage changing priorities. Preferred: Healthcare or regulated industry experience; support for hybrid events and advanced event reporting; ability to translate technical content into engaging customer interactions.
