Role: Import/Export Customs Specialist responsible for ensuring trade compliance and operational efficiency within 3M's Logistics division in the Americas. Responsibilities: coordinate preparation of Mexican and US customs documentation, manage electronic import/export files, collaborate with transporters, customs agents, and government entities; ensure accuracy of compliance data, optimize dispatch times, and handle customs procedures and documentation validation; oversee weekly and monthly import/export consolidations and electronic record management. Requirements: Bachelor's in International Trade, Logistics, or related field; minimum 1 year of experience in customs operations, import/export documentation, and clearance processes; knowledge of CTPAT/BASC standards and customs software. Preferred: strong teamwork, communication, customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, and pressure tolerance. Work setup: on-site in Ciudad Juarez, with up to 10% domestic/international travel; no reassignments.
