Position Summary
The ERP Data Management Lead ensures the accuracy, integrity, and sustainability of production-critical master and transactional data across ERP-integrated planning and execution systems.
Responsibilities
- Own master and transactional data for ERP-integrated planning and execution; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; prevent data drift via reconciliation.
- Establish and lead data governance cadence (monthly reviews, annual validation, ad-hoc reviews); define data standards, ownership, and change controls; support audit readiness.
- Provide mass data updates for planning horizon changes, new product introductions, and system changes; serve as data SME; partner with Operations, MSAT, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Reduce operational risk from missing/incorrect data; minimize manual workarounds; protect system-driven planning/execution outputs.
- Coach data end users; promote standard work; act as center of excellence for ERP data best practices.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (recommended).
- Collaborate cross-functionally (manufacturing, supply chain, MSAT, IT) to address data challenges and integrate with OMP systems.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Continuously improve data processes and tools; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- HS Diploma + 7+ years (or Associate Degree + 5 years) in data analysis in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar regulated industry.
- 5+ years managing ERP master data (manufacturing/supply chain/regulated).
- Experience with ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- 2+ years working in manufacturing with scheduling, data management, or manufacturing experience.
Preferred:
- BS + 2 years data analysis (regulated/pharma preferred); SAP PP/PE; MRP experience; pharma scheduling/manufacturing/data management.
- Strong interpersonal/leadership; advanced Excel; Power BI; independent work; troubleshoot data issues; communicate across all levels.
