Position Summary
The ERP Data Management Lead ensures the accuracy, integrity, and sustainability of production-critical master and transactional data across ERP-integrated planning and execution systems.

Responsibilities
- Own ERP master and transactional data; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; prevent data drift via reconciliation.
- Establish data governance cadence (monthly reviews, annual validation, ad-hoc reviews); define standards, ownership, and change controls; support audit readiness.
- Lead mass data updates for planning horizon changes, new product introductions, and system changes; act as ERP data SME; partner with Operations, MSAT, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Reduce operational risk from missing/incorrect data; minimize manual workarounds; protect planning/execution outputs.
- Coach data end users; promote standard work; act as a center of excellence for ERP data best practices.
- Build dashboards/reports in Power BI (recommended).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data issues and ensure integration with OMP systems.
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement of data processes/tools.

Qualifications
- Required: HS Diploma + 7+ years (or Associate degree + 5+ years) in data analysis in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar regulated industry.
- 5+ years managing ERP master data (manufacturing/supply chain/regulated).
- Experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with scheduling/data management/manufacturing.

Preferred
- BS + 2+ years data analysis (regulated).
- SAP PP/PE modules; MRP system experience.
- Pharmaceutical scheduling/manufacturing/data management.
- Advanced Excel; Power BI; strong communication, leadership, independent work, prioritization, analytical thinking.
- Troubleshoot data issues; align SAP and OMP systems; Word/PowerPoint/Visio.

Work model/location
- Hybrid; regular office time plus remote work (on-site days set with hiring manager).
