Equipment Support Engineer

Role: Support sales and marketing teams by managing installations, case handling, maintenance, inventory, and returns of demo and education ophthalmic equipment. Lead operational projects, apply innovative solutions, and make critical decisions to enhance service performance. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges, ensure compliance with GxP and SOPs, support onsite/offsite technical and clinical activities at events, and maintain documentation accuracy. Requirements: associate’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years relevant experience, hospital/OR or clinical environment background; ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
