Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; 4+ years of technical engineering experience if holding an associate's degree; or 6+ years with a high school diploma/GED. Preferred skills include mechanical repair proficiency, experience with packaging and serialization systems (PLC, vision inspection, Systech), electrical schematic reading, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills. High-value specifics include supporting manufacturing of biologics within a biotech setting, compliance with FDA and industry standards, and working in a cGMP environment. The role may require working night shifts and supporting non-standard hours.
