Director, Epilepsy & Movement Disorder (EMD) and Market Access Activation Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Brand and functional needs into Global Capabilities plans and roadmaps within BOA.
- Link Franchise/Function to Global Capability teams to communicate needs, ensure effective capability development, and drive adoption delivering measurable value.
- Develop activation plans; assess skill gaps; measure outcomes continuously and adjust for evolving needs.
- Represent EMD Franchise and Market Access to Global Capability teams; translate priorities and end-user needs into actionable inputs; partner on discovery, roadmap planning, and solution design.
- Monitor impact metrics and deliver strategic insights to Franchise/Functional/CX Operations leadership.
- Lead rollout and adoption of new field/marketing capabilities (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, website chatbot, Next Best Action, AI-enabled tools) and coordinate change management/training.
- Drive omnichannel orchestration execution in collaboration with BOA stakeholders, enabling integration of personal and non-personal engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles.
- Working knowledge of the EMD franchise; recognized contributor within EMD.
- Knowledge of Market Access and above-brand initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead activation initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Awareness of Product Operating Model and agile methods.
- Change management training/experience.
- Ability to analyze adoption/utilization/performance data.
- Exceptional communication/storytelling; translate complex capability concepts for field and leadership audiences.
