Role responsibilities:
- Translate EMD Brand/functional needs into Global Capabilities plans and roadmaps (BOA); serve as link between Franchise/Function and Global Capability teams.
- Develop activation plans; assess skill gaps; measure adoption/success outcomes and adjust enablement.
- Represent EMD Franchise and Market Access Function to Global Capability teams; translate priorities/end-user needs into actionable inputs; partner on discovery/roadmap/solution design.
- Embed new Global Capabilities into ways of working; lead rollouts across EMD/Market Access field and marketing (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, website chatbot, Next Best Action, AI-enabled tools).
- Coordinate Field Activators; drive change management, training, communications, and measurable adoption/impact.
- Support Omnichannel Orchestration execution (planning, alignment, impact measurement) to integrate personal and non-personal engagement.
Qualifications/requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ yearsβ experience in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles.
- Working knowledge of the EMD franchise; recognized contributor within the EMD team.
- Knowledge of Market Access and brand initiatives supporting payers/customers.
- Proven ability to lead activation initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Awareness of Product Operating Model and agile methods.
- Organizational change management training/hands-on experience.
- Ability to analyze adoption/utilization/performance data.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling; translate complex concepts for field and leadership audiences.
Working requirements:
- 20β30% travel.
