Position Summary
ViiV Healthcare is recruiting for the role of Project Manager, Epidemiology & Real World Evidence (RWE). Contributes to Epidemiology & RWE studies across multiple countries on utilization, safety, and effectiveness of HIV treatment/prevention drugs.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for late phase/phase 4 studies, including documentation for IRB/ethics submissions and site start-up.
- Oversee issue management for study conduct/operations and vendor management; ensure on-time deliverables.
- Develop non-interventional study protocols and conduct research on disease burden and drug effectiveness/safety.
- Escalate potential project risks to Epi & RWE team members.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews.
- Collaborate with analysts/statisticians on analyses of in-house data sources.
- Contribute to development/dissemination of study publications.
- Communicate project results to internal/external stakeholders; convey complex data to different audiences.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Schedule/attend study team meetings; attend with suppliers as needed.
- Provide additional operational support (audit support, meeting minutes, developing/maintaining SharePoint sites, etc.).

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Master’s degree in epidemiology, public health, or related.
- 1+ years relevant experience in research/academic/pharma; preferably pharmacoepidemiology/clinical epidemiology.
- Experience managing external vendors/CROs.
- Experience with real-world data (claims, EHRs, registries).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharma/biotech/medical device/CRO.
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations for observational studies/post-approval commitments.
- Advanced epidemiologic methods (causal inference, propensity scores, target trial emulation).
- Track record of publications/regulatory documents/scientific presentations.
- Budget forecasting/basic financial management.
- Clinical research concepts/practices and FDA regulations; data management methods.
- Infectious disease/HIV treatment & prevention knowledge.
- Strong written/verbal/presentation communication; cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to balance multiple complex tasks and flexibly take on assignments.

Working model
Hybrid: remote with regular on-site collaboration (days vary by region/team needs).
