Environmental, Health & Safety Site Leader, Salt Lake City

Role: Lead site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program management, focusing on fostering a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance. Responsibilities: oversee and integrate multiple EHS programs across functions, manage EHS metrics, ensure regulatory adherence (OSHA, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, NRC), lead risk reduction initiatives, and promote EHS principles in daily operations. Lead and develop the EHS team, partner with cross-functional leaders to embed safety practices, and communicate performance to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's in EHS, Environmental Compliance, or related field plus 6+ years of EHS leadership experience; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience. Must possess strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state environmental and safety regulations, project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: professional certifications (ASP, CSP, CIH, OHST), experience managing multiple EHS programs, and exceptional communication skills.
