Entry Level Lab Associate

Role: Specimen Processor I in a clinical laboratory setting, responsible for processing and preparing biological specimens for testing, ensuring accuracy in identification, labeling, and data entry. Responsibilities include unpacking, routing, packing, shipping specimens, and resolving problematic samples within a high-throughput environment. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; preferred 1+ years in lab, accessioning, or related fields; comfortable handling biological specimens; strong organizational, data entry, and attention to detail skills; ability to lift up to 40 lbs. High-value specifics: fast-paced clinical lab, specimen handling, data management, quality control. Work setup: onsite in Earth City, MO; schedule Monday–Friday with overtime and rotating Saturdays.
