Enterprise Program Manager

Role: Enterprise Program Manager overseeing large-scale, integrated solutions delivery to external customers, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Responsibilities: develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing; drive results within scope, cost, quality, and timeline; identify and communicate risks; coordinate internal and external project teams and third-party vendors; track financial metrics including revenues, costs, and profits; build client relationships and manage profit and loss; assist customers in solution definition and implementation; ensure compliance with credentialing requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field; 5+ years relevant experience; strong project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications: post-graduate certifications or licenses. High-Value: managing complex enterprise solutions, risk assessment, client relationship management, profit & loss responsibility, and multi-site travel up to 35%. Work setup: full-time, remote flexible, with travel; US-based locations (NJ, NH, PA, CA, MA, RI). Compensation: $93,760 - $175,800 annually plus bonus, stock, and benefits.
