Role: Enterprise Manager, EMEA Trade Compliance, responsible for executing and maintaining CSLβs import-export compliance program across the region to ensure adherence to customs and trade regulations while optimizing duty savings. Core responsibilities include managing compliance for import/export transactions, overseeing customs brokers, leading regional compliance assessments and audits, implementing trade policies, and partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. The role encompasses monitoring legislative changes, managing HS and ECCN classifications, origin and preference determinations, and supporting government audits. It also involves managing GTS Master data, conducting risk assessments, and leading duty mitigation initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree preferred; 5+ yearsβ experience in regulated, global trade or customs operations; expertise in customs compliance, HS classification, and IT systems such as SAP GTS. Preferred skills include experience with complex Customs programs, regulatory knowledge in export controls, and managing multi-location compliance.
