Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the GenAI and DevOps teams.
- Develop and deliver a container-based approach to hosting apps.
- Develop and execute the overall GenAI and DevOps process from a delivery and operational perspective.
- Drive innovation in GenAI and DevOps processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure Python development and DevOps are working efficiently across business groups.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for GenAI.
- Define and deliver API access to GenAI services.
- Collaborate with business teams to streamline the software delivery process.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot production systems for high availability and performance.
- Lead the integration of GenAI and machine learning technologies into the DevOps ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks using AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop AI-powered tools and insights.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach team members; promote continuous learning.
- Promote best practices in GenAI and DevOps via knowledge sharing and training.
- Communicate GenAI and DevOps strategies to stakeholders and executives.
- Act as a technical evangelist for GenAI and DevOps value.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with 10 yearsโ€™ experience; masterโ€™s with 9 years; or PhD with 5 years.
- 5โ€“10 years hands-on DevOps experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Experience leading operational teams.
- Expertise in API access for GenAI.
- Proven CI/CD pipeline design and management.
- Proven Python development and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and infrastructure as code.
- Multi-year AI/ML concepts and tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
