Role: Engineering Technician supporting Parenteral Operations in Lilly's manufacturing plant, primarily on night shifts. Objectives: ensure efficient setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Pre-Filled Syringe and Isolator equipment to optimize line uptime and quality. Responsibilities: perform equipment diagnostics, repairs, and changeovers; collaborate with engineering and production teams; promote GMP adherence and safety; document maintenance activities; support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 5+ years in production maintenance, mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools, safety awareness, physical ability to stand for long periods. Preferred: technical certifications, knowledge of FDA/GMP regulations, experience with high-speed automated syringe filling systems using Isolator tech, CMMS familiarity, strong communication skills, proactive customer focus.
