Engineering Program Manager - Xray

Role: Program Manager leading cross-functional teams in GE Healthcare’s Bone and Metabolic Health (BMH) division, focusing on developing innovative diagnostics and imaging solutions for bone health, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases. Responsibilities: develop comprehensive program plans, oversee execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions; manage stakeholder relationships including healthcare providers and regulatory bodies; ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, CE Mark); drive product development from conception to commercialization; and continuously improve processes using lean methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or business; 10+ years in program or project management in healthcare or medical devices; experience in medical imaging, diagnostics, or bone/metabolic health preferred; strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485); proficient in project management tools. Preferred: knowledge of bone densitometry, DXA, global team experience, Lean Six Sigma certification.
