Engineer, Technology II

Role: Technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data, reporting, and system integration solutions within Clinical Supply Management (CSM). Objectives include improving operational reporting, system health, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: develop reports and dashboards using SQL and Jaspersoft against clinical supply systems, serve as Business System Owner ensuring system stability, manage system-to-system integrations, troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, own master data quality, and support lifecycle and validation activities. Also involved in process automation, stakeholder communication, and evaluating new IT tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or Master's with 4+ years) of relevant experience; strong SQL, report development (Jaspersoft), and data warehousing skills; experience supporting or engineering system integrations (APIs); ability to liaise with business stakeholders; knowledge of GxP, validation, and clinical supply chain systems. Preferred: scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python), training material development. High-value: clinical supply systems, GxP compliance, system integration and validation, and clinical drug development environment expertise.
