Engineer, Quality Systems

Role: Senior technical specialist leading the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based data, software, and AI solutions supporting laboratory information management, automated lab testing, and analytics within biopharma quality and operations. Responsibilities: architect scalable cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure) using REST APIs, microservices, containers; troubleshoot enterprise systems; implement GxP-compliant workflows; execute full software lifecycle including CICD; evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies; ensure security and compliance; collaborate across QA, IT, Regulatory, and business teams; develop self-service platforms and integrate generative AI for automation and predictive analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's (5+ years) or Master’s (4+ years) in a relevant field; hands-on experience with cloud deployment in AWS/Azure for LIMS, LabX, Ignition, APIs; proficiency in programming languages (Python, C#, Java, Node.js); strong understanding of SDLC, GxP, and regulated environments; demonstrated success with innovative technology implementations. Preferred: PhD in life sciences/tech with industry experience; AI/analytics expertise; AWS certifications; excellent communication skills; knowledge of FDA/ISO quality systems.
