Engineer, Quality Systems

Role: Serve as a technical expert leading the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based solutions supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), automated lab testing, and data analytics, with a focus on AI integration to enhance quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: develop and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native applications using REST APIs, microservices, containers, and AI/ML; troubleshoot complex system issues; ensure GxP compliance; implement security best practices; and collaborate across QA, IT, Regulatory, and Business units. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (Master’s with 4+ years) in software development, with extensive hands-on experience in AWS or Azure cloud platforms; proficiency in programming languages (Python, C#, Java, Node.js); expertise in CI/CD pipelines, version control, and regulated system validation; experience with AI/analytics implementation; and strong understanding of GxP, FDA, ISO standards. Preferred: PhD with industry experience in pharma, med devices, or life sciences; certifications such as AWS; excellent communication skills; and experience with technology assessments in regulated environments.
