Operations
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, operation, and optimization of cloud services supporting LIMS, automated lab testing (e.g., Scitara, Ignition, LabX), and data analytics platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise system issues and tune performance.
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions using REST APIs, microservices, and containers.
- Create/maintain Agile, test-driven development workflows for regulated (GxP) systems.
- Execute full SDLC: git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments.
- Ensure compliance with code of conduct, safety, GxP, data security, and SDLC policies.
- Perform technology assessments/POCs for emerging solutions, especially AI/ML.
- Apply security best practices and collaborate with QA, IT, Regulatory, and business stakeholders.
- Build platform-as-a-product/self-service capabilities for quality/operations/compliance users.
- Integrate generative AI and analytics for intelligent automation and predictive quality monitoring.
- Leverage AWS to deliver high-performance, cost-optimized, reliable global solutions.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s (5+ years) or Masterโ€™s (4 years) in relevant field.
- Hands-on AWS/Azure development for enterprise LIMS and integrations (Scitara, LabX, Ignition, REST APIs).
- Full SDLC experience (git, CI/CD, testing, regional deployments).
- Strong SDLC knowledge (waterfall and Agile).
- Programming: C#, Java, Python/Node.js (etc.).
- .NET framework configuration experience.
- Demonstrated AI/analytics delivery.

Preferred:
- PhD (pharma/medical devices/life sciences).
- Excellent written/oral English communication.
- Technology evaluations in regulated environments.
- Certifications (AWS preferred); knowledge of GxP/FDA/ISO 9001 and regulatory tech practices.
