Key Objectives/Deliverables
- Project Management: Lead teams to deliver capital asset programs ($50M+ USD) and/or support workstreams/nodes of larger programs ($200M+), ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality from front-end planning (Brownfield/Greenfield) through operational qualification (β€œcradle to grave”).
- Interface/Communication: Work from a regional distance while maintaining effective communication with program leadership, project teams, governance, business partners, and stakeholders; facilitate issue resolution and anticipate scope changes.
- Compliance: Lead/influence a disciplined, structured project management approach aligned to Company Policies and Procedures.
- Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans; ensure compliance with safety/environment policies, procedures, and work rules from conceptual design through operational verification.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or related to project management.
- 5+ years’ experience delivering capital projects in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
- Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home state/country.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas/work authorization.

Additional Preferences (if applicable)
- Project experience on >$10M; greenfield experience.
- Pharma manufacturing and GMP/LEAN/automation, construction/quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, scheduling.
- Strong leadership/influence, sound judgment, long-distance work capability, and written/verbal communication.
- PE and/or PMP; foreign language(s); experience living/working outside the U.S.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

Additional Information
- Travel required; onsite role (not remote); full relocation required for project duration.
