Key Objectives/Deliverables
- Project Management: Lead teams to deliver capital assets programs of $50M+ and/or workstreams/nodes of larger $200M+ programs; manage delivery from conceptual design (Brownfield/Greenfield) through operational qualification (cradle to grave), ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Interface/Communication: Work regionally from corporate headquarters while maintaining effective communication with GFD program leadership, governance, business partners, and stakeholders; facilitate issue resolution and implement scope changes with quality, speed, and value.
- Compliance: Lead/influence project management with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans; ensure compliance from conceptual design through operational verification.

Minimum Requirements
- BS in Engineering field or related to project management.
- 5+ years capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
- Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home state/country.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.

Additional Preferences
- Experience on projects >$10M; greenfield projects.
- Pharma manufacturing experience (e.g., Bulk API, sterile products, secondary packaging, Devices).
- Experience with GMP, LEAN, automation, construction/quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, scheduling.
- Influence through people, long-distance work with little supervision, strong judgment, written/verbal communication.
- Foreign language(s); PE or equivalent; PMP.

Additional Information
- Travel required (varies by project); full relocation required for project duration.
- Onsite role (not remote).
