Engineer - Project Manager - GFD

Role: Capital Project Manager leading large-scale ($50M+) infrastructure and facilities projects for Lilly's manufacturing and supply chain, supporting pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to operational qualification, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets; coordinate cross-functional teams including design, construction, and technical contractors; maintain effective communication with stakeholders; lead safety and environmental compliance efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in capital project delivery within industrial or manufacturing settings; willingness to relocate/travel; authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Preferred: experience managing projects >$10M, greenfield projects, pharma manufacturing, GMP environments, and knowledge of automation and construction quality. Certifications such as PE or PMP valued. High-value: pharma manufacturing focus—API, sterile products, devices; project size >$10M; on-site role requiring relocation and travel; multiple seniority levels (Engineer to Principal Engineer/Project Manager).
