Engineer - Project Manager - GFD

Role: Capital Project Manager leading large-scale (≥$50M) and complex capital asset programs within Lilly's GFD organization, focusing on delivering medical innovation facilities and supply chain assets. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams across regional sites, overseeing project scope from conceptual design through operational qualification, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives, and maintaining stakeholder communication. Emphasis on compliance with company policies, safety/environmental standards, and effective remote/onsite interface. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of industrial/pharma capital project delivery experience, PMP or PE certification preferred, willing to relocate/travel. High-Value: pharma manufacturing facilities, GMP, sterile production, API, secondary packaging, lab projects, greenfield and brownfield sites, GMP compliance, safety, and automation. Collaboration: cross-functional teams, contractors, and global stakeholders. Work Setup: onsite, full relocation required, travel varies, multiple levels based on experience.
