Engineer - Project Manager - GFD

Role: Lead project management for large-scale capital asset deliveries within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization, focusing on medical innovation infrastructure. Responsibilities: oversee delivery of projects ≥$50M, manage cross-functional teams including external contractors, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence; facilitate communication with stakeholders across regions; develop safety/environmental plans; and ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; 5+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing capital projects; willingness to travel and relocate; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred: project experience >$10M, greenfield project management, pharma manufacturing background (e.g., sterile, API, device), PMP or PE certification, experience in GMP environments, and proficiency in foreign languages.
