Engineer - Project Manager - GFD

Role: Capital Project Manager leading large-scale (>$50M) global facilities projects for Lilly's manufacturing and supply chain assets, including greenfield and brownfield developments in pharma manufacturing (e.g., API, sterile products). Objectives: deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective assets on schedule to support pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities: oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders across regions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing capital projects, with experience managing projects >$10M, preferably in pharma or GMP environments. Preferred: PMP or PE certifications, experience in pharma manufacturing, LEAN, automation, and working internationally. High-Value: pharma manufacturing facilities, GMP compliance, capital project management, greenfield projects, onsite presence required, with travel and relocation as needed.
