Engineer, MS&T – Aseptic Drug Product

Role: Manufacturing Science & Technology Engineer specializing in aseptic drug product processes at Novartis, supporting fill-finish operations to ensure quality and operational excellence. Responsibilities: monitor and analyze process data, lead technical investigations, support technology transfer, drive continuous improvements, collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams on process validation, equipment startup, and process optimization. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; 4+ years in biopharma GMP manufacturing, including aseptic fill-finish; knowledge of GMP, validation, and pharmaceutical regulations; strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: 3+ years with Novartis Gene Therapies or related aseptic operations; ability to travel up to 10%.
