Engineer III

Role: Process Engineer III providing technical leadership for Drug Substance Manufacturing, including cell culture, purification, and process buffer operations. Responsibilities: oversee design, procurement, installation, and start-up of process equipment; lead troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and deviation investigations; manage small to capital projects; support development of engineering standards; train technical staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field with 7+ years (or Master’s with 4+ years) industry experience; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech regulated environments (cGMP, OSHA, EPA); design expertise in pharmaceutical automation and process systems; experience with medium/large projects. HighValue: biotech/pharma manufacturing, process equipment design and commissioning, troubleshooting, deviation root cause analysis, including cell culture or protein purification processes.
