Role: Engineering support for small molecule GMP manufacturing at Hopewell, NJ, focusing on equipment, facility, and process optimization. Responsibilities: provide SME input for equipment qualification, develop operational procedures, manage assets, troubleshoot issues, and support commissioning and validation activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners; oversee downstream equipment such as tablet presses and coating machines; ensure compliance with GMP standards.
