Engineer - Electrical

Role: Electrical Engineer serving as the site SME for electrical power distribution, system performance monitoring, and continuous improvement at Lilly Kenosha County campus. Responsibilities include maintaining GMP and non-GMP utilities, ensuring system compliance with industry and Lilly standards, supporting risk assessments, monitoring KPIs, and providing technical assistance for maintenance, operations, and inspections. The role involves ensuring capacity planning, conducting training, analyzing process controls, and supporting safety and hazard reviews. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field, with technical expertise in electrical systems, GMP knowledge, and experience with power distribution, maintenance systems, and project management. Preferred skills include startup experience, pharmaceutical industry background, and familiarity with CMMS, deviation management, and safety certifications (CESCP, MEC). High-value biopharma specifics: focus on utilities and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on GMP compliance, safety, and system reliability. Work setup: full-time onsite with no specified travel requirements.
