Engineer, Downstream Process Development & MSAT

Role: Downstream Process Development & MSAT Engineer supporting late-stage manufacturing of antibody therapeutics for neuromuscular diseases, including SMA. Responsibilities: support external manufacturing, oversee process monitoring and batch review, author change controls, facilitate tech transfer to CMOs, and assist in process development to optimize antibody purification. Requirements: BS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field with 6+ years; MS with 4+ years; or Ph.D. with 0-2 years, with direct experience in monoclonal antibodies and MSAT preferred. Key skills include AKTA operation, TFF, VRF, JMP, data trending, and DOE techniques.
