Engineer - Automation Engineering – Small Molecule API- Lilly Medicine Foundry

Role: Automation Engineer supporting Lilly's new Medicine Foundry site, focusing on process control and automation systems for GMP manufacturing. Responsibilities: provide automation support for operational areas and capital projects, lead design, commissioning, and validation of control systems, mentor automation team members, and develop automation strategies to enhance productivity and compliance. Requirements: B.S. in Engineering, 2+ years in biopharma automation, experience with DCS, SCADA, PLC, MES systems (e.g., DeltaV, Rockwell), GMP knowledge, and system validation. Preferred: experience in greenfield site development, automation system design and qualification, and facilitating organizational decision-making.
