Role: Automation Engineer supporting Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, focusing on process automation for GMP manufacturing and analytical systems. Responsibilities: provide day-to-day administration, configuration support, and troubleshooting for laboratory and analytical equipment; support third-party vendor implementation and validation of analytical systems; ensure data integration with platforms like Empower, LIMS, ELN, and MES; collaborate with PLC systems support for configuration and access management. Requirements: B.S. in Engineering or related field; minimum 2 years supporting analytical/laboratory systems; exposure to data systems such as Empower, LabX, or UNICORN; authorized to work full-time in the US. Preferred: experience with LIMS, ELN, or similar systems; background in regulated pharmaceutical environments. High-Value: site-wide support at a cutting-edge manufacturing/clinical trial development facility; involved in GMP-compliant automation and analytical systems; early project support during startup (expected 2025-2029).
