Role: Process Development Engineer focused on bonding equipment and processes within Illumina's Flow Cell Technical Operations. Requirements: Bachelorβs in Engineering or related field; 0-2 years of experience; hands-on troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems; data analysis and process improvement knowledge; strong communication skills. Preferred: experience with high-volume regulated manufacturing, SPC, DOEs, automation systems, and MES. High-value specifics: biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, focus on high-volume production of products supporting genomics and diagnostics, automation, and process control.
